With Trainee-Beisitzer in the Sim: In the “Comment”-field in the form of the regular crewmember receiving refresher training enter
The form “Simulator Beisitzer” can be omitted.
Additionally enter
in the form of the “Trainee-Beisitzer”. For requirements regarding inseat instruction, check note in chapter 4.2 below.
4.2 Recency Experience: Please make sure both crewmembers perform a minimum of 3 take-offs and landings during the event.
For crewmember acting as “Trainee-Beisitzer” (Enrolled in Conversion Training & successfully passed the Skill Test, not started LIFUS yet) that did not fly >21 days have to perform 6 Takeoffs and Landings with the TRI occupying the other seat (inseat instruction).
For crewmember acting as “Trainee-Beisitzer” (Enrolled in Conversion Training and already active during LIFUS) that did not fly >21 days have to perform 6 Takeoffs and Landings without the requirement of inseat instruction.
